Will there be any downtime for my treatments?

Enjoy the immediate benefits of your facial, including hydrated, cleaner, brighter, and healthier-looking skin. Addressing issues like hyperpigmentation and acne may require several sessions, but many clients see improvements after about five treatments.

  • Redness: Some redness is normal and should subside within 15 minutes.
  • Makeup: For optimal results, avoid applying makeup for the next 24 hours to allow the serums to fully absorb.
  • Purging: The treatment helps clear out impurities trapped beneath the skin. Proper aftercare can minimize any temporary breakouts.
How Often Should I Get Treatments?

Skin undergoes a natural renewal cycle approximately every 28 days. Imagine it is a workout for your skin. We typical recommend twice a month. Our treatments are designed to complement this cycle, with regular visits supporting your skin’s health and appearance. It's a commitment to ongoing care that seamlessly becomes part of your routine, rather than an occasional luxury.

NO SHOW, RESCHEDULE, CANCELLATION POLICY

24-Hour Cancellation Policy. We understand that plans can change. To cancel or reschedule a reserved service without incurring any penalty, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the service. Cancellations or changes can be made conveniently online through your account or by contacting the spa directly. This allows us to accommodate our estheticians' schedules and ensures we can offer the best service to all clients.

For services reserved as part of any membership or as part of a series/package, we offer leniency for the first instance of a no-show or late cancellation/change, with no penalty applied. However, for subsequent instances, a charge equal to 100% of the service value will be applied for each no-show, late cancellation, or late change.

Individual Service Purchases (Drop-in): In the event of a no-show or late cancellation/change of a service booked on an individual basis (drop-in), the full value of the service will be forfeited.

Order FAQs

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after we confirm your order placement, assuming the items are in stock. If any items are on backorder or out of stock, you will receive an email notification from us.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

You could cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped. Just contact us with order number. However, your order can no longer be cancelled once it has been fulfilled.

How Can I Track My Order?

You can check the order status on your account at any time.

Alternatively, you can monitor your shipment's progress by clicking on the tracking number included in your shipment confirmation email.

What If My Order Is Damaged or Incorrect?

Please keep the box, packaging materials, and products intact and contact us with order number at within 24 hours of receiving your order. Exchanges for incorrect products are only possible if the product remains unopened and unused.

Are Exchanges Available?

We don’t offer exchange service once your order has been placed/fulfilled/delivered. You could contact us with order number as soon as possible if you order hasn’t been shipped yet.

Why My Order Has Not Been Processed?

How Should I Sign Up Memberships?

You can sign up for membership either online or in-person. We can assist your selection on the membership.

Membership Tiers

We offer five monthly memberships designed to cater to various skincare needs and goals. Each tier includes special pricing on facials and other exclusive member perks. Your membership can be upgraded or downgraded at any time by contacting our team or visiting us in-person.

Minimum Age Requirement

Members must be at least 13 years of age. Members under the age of 18 require a parent/legal guardian's signature on the membership agreement. Parents/guardians are encouraged to accompany minors for their first visit.

Commitment Period

All memberships require a minimum three-month commitment, billed monthly. After this period, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis, which you can pause or cancel at any time.

Membership Pauses

After fulfilling the three-month commitment, you may pause your membership for up to three months once per calendar year.

Cancellation

 To discontinue your membership after the initial three-month commitment period, please contact our team. Temporary pauses are also available if you're not ready to fully cancel.

Monthly Treatments

Your membership entitles you to appropriate facial credit per month, which must be redeemed within that month and does not roll over. Missed appointments cannot be refunded or extended into the next month.

Member Pricing

As a member, you receive special pricing on additional facials and treatments beyond your monthly credit, along with discounts on skincare products.

Membership Exclusivity

Membership benefits, including facial credits and discounts, are exclusive to the member and cannot be transferred to others.

Guest Passes

Depending on your membership tier, you may gift a complimentary facial to a friend or family member who has never received our treatment. Guest passes are facilitated through our Team.

Membership and Package Policy

Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used packages/series or membership periods. Membership benefits, including monthly facial credits, must be redeemed within that month, and cannot be carried forward. Unused credits purchased as part of a package/series are transferable in touch n glam sole and absolute discretion. Monthly memberships are non-transferable.

Upgrades

Members may upgrade their monthly facial by paying the difference between their membership fee and the member pricing for the desired facial.
